As a new Human Resources consulting firm, the Fervid Group needed WebBizIdeas to create a unique brand for the company and to develop a new website where customers could quickly understand their state-of-the-art process for finding and interviewing job candidates.
Fervid’s innovative idea is to use a proven, repeatable process to help companies locate and hire new employees. Their specialties include video recruiting and “expert” interviewers that would prove extremely valuable to their customers. We wanted to make sure that all of their skills were clearly defined and that the company was easy to find online through active site content.
WordPress Integration
The client wanted a simple and clean look to their site, so what we created had an almost minimalist but unique look that focused on how people get hired. Everything is integrated and custom-coded through WordPress so Fervid can quickly and easily add blog posts and update content to their website, Facebook page, or other social media sites.
Daily Facebook Posts
Fervid is also one of our marketing clients, so WebBizIdeas adds content to their website and posts daily updates to their Facebook page as requested. We have also set up several auto postings to these sites. This allows the company to have active sites without having to take time from their busy schedules to make it happen. However, client involvement is critical for this process to be effective and to generate good leads, so we get them involved on a regular basis.
Integration With Job Posting Software
Because Fervid uses specific job creation software, WebBizIdeas set up a system to have job posts integrate directly to this software and show up on their website as a clickable “Hot Job.” Using WordPress, we created a method for all content to be added, updated or set to automatically update on one, easy-to-use site.
