Senior Programmers: We are looking for self managed programmers (all coding language) who have experience building & marketing online businesses but also managing web development teams. Our lead programmers will (1) build & manage the development of an internet business (2) become customer’s “Web Guy;” which means providing internet consulting on any web design & internet business question.


Internet Consultants: We are looking for internet consultants, internet marketers, internet business owners, and create internet entrepreneurs for sales. We don’t need someone to “sell” our customers…we need persons who can help develop a customer’s internet business idea. Our sales team will (1) Listen to a customer’s idea (2) Help develop idea (3) Wire Frame complete idea (4) Present idea to Project Managers, Programmers, Designers, Marketers, Business Owners (5) Present idea to customer.


Project Managers: We needed EXPERIENCED project managers. Each internet business we build is different so we need PM’s who can adapt, create new processes, and communicate well.  Our project managers bridge the communication gap between clients & programmers. It is the role of our PM's to (1) manage projects (2) use company resources to benefit  clients. We can teach you web development..your job is communication.   

 

Internet Marketers: We are looking for experienced SEO, PPC, Link Managers, and Content Writers. We need creative “out of the box” marketers who specialize in viral marketing and can work with a customer’s budget.
